Payment can be made using cash, check or credit card.  There is an additional 4% charge to credit card transactions to cover fees. 

 A deposit of half the cost of the trip is required at the time of booking to hold the reservation. Deposits for canceled guide trips will be refunded in full (minus any processing fees the outfitter has been charged for credit card transactions) with a notice of 60 days or more. In the event of a cancellation less than 60 days from the trip, the deposit may be transferred to another trip within the same calendar year (subject to availability AND ability to rebook guide on originally scheduled day). Cancellations within 30 days will forfeit all of the deposit. Client cancelation within 72 hours of the trip will result in being charged for the full price of the guided trip. No-shows will result in full payment of trips.  If weather and water conditions are safe our guides go out, therefore inclement weather or undesirable fishing conditions, water level (high/low) or water temperatures are not acceptable reasons to cancel or receive a refund. Trips canceled by the guide or mutual guide/client decision will have the entire deposit refunded. Receipt of your deposit is acknowledgement that you accept our refund/cancelation policy. We understand that unexpected situations do happen. The outfitter reserves  the right to make refund decisions on a case by case basis.
